Soybean oil

The soybean oil prices have increased in recent days. This is due to the significant rise in exports of soybeans, but also connected with the increased crush quantities in Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay. However, growers in Argentina keep the sales quantities at a low level, due to the outstanding government decision about a possible devaluation of the peso. In addition to this we observe lower demand from the South American biodiesel industry.
